Saturday, March 5th the Akron Aviators are finishing our 2021-2022 American Basketball Association season at home as we take on the Midwest Falcons. This is our first matchup versus the Falcons, who are coming from Dekalb, Illinois in a 2 game weekend.

We got off to a rough start, losing 7 players from our summer league season. We have a great team who struggled through injuries, pandemics, weather, and life setbacks to finish our 4th pro season. We’ve had great crowds all season and can’t wait to end on a high note.

This game is also the Last game of Aviators veteran, Malik Billingsley. Malik has been with us since our first year in 2017-2018 and has been all across the country. He’s played with us in games in Syracuse to Honolulu, and was a multi-year ABA All-Star. Malik was the reigning ABA 3-Point Champion and Skills Challenge Champion from 2019 to 2021.
